Harwood House by Cortney Bishop for Holland & Sherry – Sharing the same name of Cortney’s mother’s design firm that she successfully grew in Atlanta for more than 30 years the Harwood House line of woven fabrics is made for seasonal layering and will offer a refreshing twist on the classics – forward thinking and slightly edgy. Each collection will showcase its own personality and presence while always building upon the past, with the intent for interchangeability between all collections. The premier offering, the Cardinal Collection, draws inspiration from Cortney’s late father whose strong appreciation for personal style, fine textiles, and handmade quality classics embodied the epitome of modern flare that Bishop sought to evoke within the collection. Featuring wool, woven, knit and embroidered fabrics, the collection is comprised of the foundational elements for future fabric releases, with a color palette unearthed from its muse, the cardinal. The Cardinal Collection features 16 fabrics in a variety of patterns including houndstooths, herringbones, plaids, stripes, polka dots and folklore motifs, each a fresh take on the original classic.
